It’s been a busy old time with lots going on work-wise and socially and I wanted to look my best so I teamed up with plus size e-tailer Pink Clove for some outfits to get me through my fashionable week!
It was my son’s birthday and the Rani Cross Back Palazzo Jumpsuit (£22) was perfect to take me from day to night! Here I am dressed down for the party wearing it with trainers.
It was easy to move around in (essential when you have kids!) and gave me good coverage and lots of style!
Then for a meal out with my husband, I switched the trainers for my gold Hotter shoes and a little gold clutch then twisted my hair up and I was ready in a few seconds!
The next day I was working from home so I wanted a comfortable outfit to wear that was stylish and cool. It was quite warm that day so I chose the Demi Jade Swing Vest (£10) and the Suyin Palazzo Pants in oriental print (£20).
Here’s a still version!
It was ‘back to school’ after that and I found the perfect outfit! My children are wearing new school uniform so I wanted something new to enjoy.
The Kerry Printed Floral Wrap Playsuit is perfect as I could team it with black tights for better coverage (there was a chill in the air that day!) But if the sun comes out it’s great without tights too! At £24 it is great value for a whole outfit and it’s got a very pretty detail at the back too.
Breakfast with the girls was a fashionable affair when I wore the Pink Clove Honey belted V-neck skater dress in black (£18). This classic design has an attractive belt and great sleeve length to cover my upper arms which are not as toned as I’d like!
Here it is up close!
I have some meetings in London next week and wanted something smart, fashionable and most importantly, comfortable to wear so I gave this outfit a trial run in Leeds! Whenever I visit London there is inevitably a lot of walking and I have to layer up because I can be cold one minute then after a tube journey – warm the next!
The Zyana Check Pocket Cigarette Trousers (£16) feel like a pair of leggings on but have a smart cigarette leg appearance and the check design is up to the minute. I teamed them with the Imogen Mesh Slouch Top for a classic look.
I had such a busy week so the Pink Clove wardrobe really helped me make the most out of all the social occasions! Which outfit did you like best?
Disclosure: Pink Clove sent me 6 pieces from their new collection for the purpose of this review and all opinions expressed are my own.
