Sharing my egg-spertise! I can’t get enough of eggs! I hard boil them for a snack or in a salad, I have them scrambled regularly for breakfast and I love to bake with them too. So I was especially pleased to work with British Lion Eggs recently to produce a fantastic egg recipe that I make at home.
How would you like to know how to prepare a courgette and red onion ‘no pastry’ quiche? This is a recipe that works well for me on my Slimming World plan because it has no pastry -therefore less calories. It is quick and easy to make and would be great for all those light summer days when you just want something home-made and gorgeous!
