To do this, you simply need to pick a time that is beneficial to you and then continue to exercise at that same time. On average it will take about two months or 66 days for a habit to become automatic.

The better news is that it takes 21 days to break a habit. So, you’ll have to give up exercise for quite some time to shake it again.

Good But Not Boring Food
You do need to make sure that you are focusing on the right food to lose weight. You could, for instance, consider going gluten-free for a limited period. It’s true to say that gluten does have a negative impact on your weight level. These days, there are lots of gluten-free products available on the market and even restaurants that offer gluten-free menus.
You may also want to consider cutting sugar out of your diet as well. Sugar is a rare example of something we consume in our diet that doesn’t provide any benefits. As such, it’s often recommended that if you want to lose weight you should be working to control your sugar intake. The issue with sugar is that it is often added to a wide range of different products and items. For instance, processed foods and microwave meals will often have sugar added to increase levels of flavour.

Join A Diet Club
If you are keen to drop the pounds fast, then you might want to consider joining a diet club or group. The benefit of a diet club is that you will be going on the same fitness journey with other like-minded people. This ensures that you benefit from group thinking. There is also a certain level of competitive energy. These groups often include group weighing. As such, you will have a strong reason to make sure that you are working to lose as much weight as possible over a given period.

You will also be able to gain support from experts and advice on everything from nutrition to workout plans.

Implement Exercise Into Your Daily Routine
Finally, you can think about how to incorporate exercise into your daily routine. There are various options to consider here. For instance, you might want to think about how you get to work in the morning. If you are close to your office, then you can think about walking rather than getting the bus.
