Valentine's Day Food

One of the best things about Valentine’s Day is that it is a great excuse to indulge in some delicious food!

I’m not that bothered about getting a card, but give me a lovely pudding and I’m putty in your hands! Over the years I’ve blogged and vlogged some fab recipes, but I noticed recently that my YouTube channel is rather ‘pudding’ heavy! Oh well! I’m not going to deny it – I have a sweet tooth. But I’m also slimming, so thankfully many of my recipes are diet friendly – Yay!

Valentine's Day Food

Here is a round-up of three of my favourite pudding recipes that would be awesome for Valentine’s Day.

Slimming World Friendly Berry Puff Tarts

Slimming World ‘Love Pud’ (AKA Chocolate cake in a mug!)

Both the Berry Puff Tarts and the Love Pud are slimming friendly, so I vlogged them for my YouTube playlist – Nadine’s Slimming Desserts.

The Pampered Chef Mini Aero Cheesecake is a gorge bite sized pud that would work well on Valentine’s but alas it isn’t diet compatible! Therefore I only wrote up a blog post on it – there is no accompanying video.

Whatever tickles your taste buds this Valentines’, be sure to let me know if you make any of these recipes or have a suggestion for something delicious I could try!

  • I like the sound and look of the Love pud. I am not sure if we are going to have Chinese this year as it is on the same day!

  • Am loving the recipes you’re vlogging etc these days! Those aero cheesecakes look particularly good (but I think I would have to stop myself eating too many….) Happy Valentines day 🙂

  • I love the idea of the aero cheesecakes and the love pud but this year I won’t be with my hubby on Valentine’s Day so won’t be doing anything special!

  • Oh my, these look delicious. We will be in France for Valentines Day so hoping to be sat in front of a roaring fire with some champers

  • I love a good pudding, especially if it has plenty of chocolate and all the better if it’s for a special occasion.

    • I know! I saw it in the store (I think it may have even been a pound shop!) and had to have it for my photos!!

  • These look so good, I am pudding lover too. I like you have slimming world ideas, its too easy to add too much butter and sugar.
    Mmm! Delicious, thank you x

  • Never apologise for puddings! A world without puddings wouldn’t be nearly as sweet!
