I’m excited to announce a new class launch!
From next week I will be teaching yoga at Dance House in Normanton.
This is the first regular weekly class I have offered; up until now I have only taught yoga at events and for private and corporate clients. This class will be open for anyone!
Here are some key details.
Starting Tuesday 5th April 2022 and weekly thereafter, come along to move your body and relax your mind at my new yoga class!
Suitable for beginners and yogis of all levels, this one hour class starts with an easy warm up to loosen muscles and joints then moves into traditional yoga postures which will stretch and strengthen the body. Some balances are included to focus the mind and strengthen the core before finishing with a lovely, calming relaxation. This class is a great stress reliever and timed perfectly to end before the afternoon school run!
