Tips for Wearing the Right Sized Bra: If anyone needs a reminder about wearing the right sized bra it is me!

I’m following the Slimming World plan and when I lose or gain weight, it tends to go on and off my boobs! Actually my boobs and my face. I can’t hide either particularly well so it’s important that I make sure I’m wearing the right sized bra. This week I was caught out when the bra I’ve been happily wearing for ages has either shrunk or I’ve put poundage onto the old mammaries again because I looked like I had four boobs on the school run yesterday!

So today I am having a sort out and culling the baggy boulder holders. It’s just as well that one of my favourite lingerie companies Freya have been kind enough to send me this gorgeous bra and pants set. I will be wearing this at BritMums Live this weekend, so I know I look good under the clothes when I’m doing my speaking slot! I’m not planning to show anyone you understand, but it makes me feel good to know I have nice knicks on!!

This set feels soft against my skin and looks beautiful. The ‘girls’ are raised in place where they should be, unlike my bra of yesterday which is going in the bin now! What I love about Freya is that they have such stylish and colourful designs for women with big boobs (They go up to a K cup). It’s a celebration of our curves!
